It won't tilt forward or recline so I'm in a position I'm not comfortable in
Would anyone be able to advice on what it could possible be and if it's an easy fix or a garage job
It's the lever type not windy type and it's a 99 plate 206 gti

I had this problem before, the plastic on the lever had cracked on the inside so it wasn't turning the metal rod thing fully. Use a pliers to turn the metal rod and see if your seat moves
