#1: Wardie's White Fiesta ST Project Author: wardie_206, Location: Rayleigh, essex PostPosted: Sat Dec 10, 2011 1:18 pm
    ----
Hey Guys,

So after owning my 206 for 3 years i wanted something a bit quicker but still something i can mod, i decided that after alot of looking and what i could afford the ST was the car for me:

this was my pug

Now after owning my ST now for around 2 months, i thought it was about time to show you all what i have been doing to it and let you no my future plans :)! sorry about the pictures guys!

So here goes:

This is her when i got her, she come with a K&N 57i induction kit and a millteck cat back which sounds the dogs n*ts lol. the wheels had also recently been powder coated black which i think looks nice with the white.

So after looking at the things i wanted to do mods wise, i decided to buy some white with black writing gel overlays for the ford badges:

After looking at alot of other cars that had been lowered i wanted to get her dropped, so i decided to buy eibach extra low, lowering springs... i wanted to get a set of coilies but what with it coming to christmas i didnt have the money.... however the springs have dropped the car to a really nice height and im really pleased with the look.

So these arrived and off i went and got them fitted Smile

this was the car before the springs,

and this was the car after the sprigs were fitted, its sitting a tiny bit lower now as the springs have settled Smile

I was really pleased with the stance and how much the springs have dropped the car by. the handling is so much better now aswell so i really pleased with them.

Then i had a look at some wind deflectors, personally i think they look really nice so ordered some and got them fitted.

I have also painted the grey, dull plastics gloss black, just another little mod that i feel adds just a little something more to the look of the car.

And this is how the car sits ATM whilst i wait for my birthday and christmas to see what goodies i get lol.

So mods to come are :

4-1 Millteck mani and decat
Newman cams
remap, either dreamscience or custom
omex launch control system
possably cossie wheels
windows tinted
cossie inlet mani.

Thanks for looking,... Let me no what u think guys, all comments good or bad are most welcome :)! sorry again about the pictures!

nice car Very Happy i think you should either have the wheels done white or get rid of the blue stripe as the blue and black dont go! Other than that, nice car Smile

No sure you need anymore launch control on 150bhp than your foot. Its not exactly gonna set the world spinning backwards.

I wouldnt waste your time with launch control! I had two ST's and spent alot on my red one. Had full Miltek including 4-1 manifold, cossie inlet, piper cams, magnicores and a performance panel filter. Combine this with hours of mapping and it achieved 193, 188, 189 on 3 sepperate rollers. Was a giggle to drive until it rained. Then the thing was pretty useless until i changed the tyres. All the work was done by Pumabuild.

Thanks for all the comments guys!!

Definetly looking into getting those stripes off like you have all suggested :)!

With relation to the launch control system, I want it more for the rev limiter system that it has... The ST u get to the limiter and the car just dies sort of thing so that's really y I'm looking into it. :)!

The brick wall of a limiter is removed with the re-map, mine was on both cars mate so its a needless purchase.

Hahaha lmao! Brick wall limiter!! That brilliant lol! So true mate...

Oh is it?? I didn't realise that! Thanks for the mate! What map did you use on yours out of interest buddy??
