Is there a makers name on the plug?
You will be able to get the plug from somehwere BUT you also normally need a special tool which are pretty pricey for removing / inserting the connector pins in to the plastic socket.
#10: Re: ECU plug Author: dumdum0910, Location: letchworthPosted: Wed Dec 14, 2011 12:15 pm ---- it wont be me fitting it, ill supply the plug then take it to the garage i toke the 206 to last weekend to fit it :). and im not sure if there's a makers name. ill have a look when i get 2 mins
#11: Re: ECU plug Author: Edward, Location: In the garagePosted: Wed Dec 14, 2011 2:50 pm ---- Paper clips are fine for pushing down the barb on the terminals on ECU plugs.
Service box normally lists plugs and terminals for the loom. That's how I managed to get new terminals for my crank sensor plug.
You might just need to trawl through the pages to identify the plug you need. Look at the Fastenings, Fixing and Connectors catalogue.
#12: Re: ECU plug Author: Edward, Location: In the garagePosted: Wed Dec 14, 2011 2:58 pm ---- Looks like this is what you need.

Should have tried citroen or Renault too.

Might be cheaper from Renault. You'd be surprised how many PSA connectors and plugs have the Renault emblem on
#31: Re: ECU plug Author: MrBSI, Location: What's it to you? ? ?Posted: Fri Dec 16, 2011 2:44 pm ---- PSA Peugeot / Citroen are just slags, they will get together with anybody if there a car company
Toyota, Ford, BMW, Renault, Volvo, Mitsubishi & Rover, they have all had or still have dealings with / share parts with PSA Peugeot / Citroen.
