Hi folks, was just wondering if it would be possible to fit the folding mirrors to a 03 1.4 lx that already has the stock electric mirrors, the reason im asking is that ive been meaning to replace a mirror/ part of one and thought it would be a novelty thing to do as i had heard about some gti's having them?
I did a search but couldnt find anything.

cheers

I can also knock up a custom loom if you want.

You need 9 wires in the passengers and 7 in the drivers

I'm open to offers on the price too!

It's possible, but quicker to just fold them in manually.

The 206 electric folding mirrors are good, until the folding motor rusts up Laughing

Pain in the a**e to take apart & repair.

The coloured trim panels on the mirrors are only clipped on Wink

When you turn the mirror knob to fold / unfold them.

Not all GTI 180's can link the mirrors folding action to the locking system Wink

Does it not just require a BSI change?
