I cant find a power and earth wire behind the dash . If there is someone out there wh will be kind enough to help , i would be in your debpt .

as for illumination positive there will be one behind the hu if you dont want to fiddle with the cluster wireing, or even in the little pannel to right of steering wheel you should find one.
