#6: Re: From Old to New Author: Nosvartu, Location: HarrogatePosted: Fri Jan 13, 2012 11:36 am ---- Okay as i put it before it sounded like it was my fault. so ill tell you the hole story.
I was reversing out of the driveway, i did all my pre flight checks nothing was there so started coming out, now at this point she was bombing down the road "which is long" and some how didn't see me "Slightly impossible if you have eyes but hey ho, as i was half out of the drive with the car out she hit the drives side door, she clams that i scratched her car while reversing out but if that was true there would not be a big dent in the side of my car and no damage to hers.

#8: Re: From Old to New Author: Jordan_xsi, Location: IpswichPosted: Fri Jan 13, 2012 11:44 am ---- Pretty sure you would still be at fault as there is no evidence or proof she was speeding, glad its getting fixed though!
#9: Re: From Old to New Author: Nosvartu, Location: HarrogatePosted: Fri Jan 13, 2012 11:53 am ---- Well it must have been her fault as she won't take it any furture she bought the door and she said she's happy with that. I'm slighty p**sed off but i guess it means no claim
#10: Re: From Old to New Author: Nosvartu, Location: HarrogatePosted: Fri Jan 13, 2012 11:56 am ---- OKAY! so its final done!!! after driving around like a pleb with a bashed door ive got it fixed and it looks fantastic!.
