#1: 206 cutting out! Author: robbo123, Location: essexPosted: Fri Jan 13, 2012 3:31 pm ---- I am a new member and have just bought a 2001 1.4 206 xl for my son. He was coming home from work (about 5 miles) and the engine started to hunt a bit but got him home. Was fine this morning but cut out tonight on his way home. He pulled over then turned it over and it started and ran smoothly the rest of the way home. The fuel light is on even though he has 3/4 tank of petrol in it. Would this cause the problem? Any help appreciated.
