No they catch on the shoulder of the seat like that.
Not a bad looking car that, would have been better in white
#7: Re: 207 GTI 175 Aegean Blue Author: Edward, Location: In the garagePosted: Sun Jan 29, 2012 9:33 am ---- Why didn't these sell more? Look really nice and should in theory be fairly economical to run.
#8: Re: 207 GTI 175 Aegean Blue Author: Ryan207GTI, Location: CoventryPosted: Sun Jan 29, 2012 9:37 am ---- Cheers guys..
The seat belt works but u kinda have to feed it past the seat.. Easyer to leave it over the bolster.

I think price point let it down..

#11: Re: 207 GTI 175 Aegean Blue Author: Lewis, Location: Isle Of WightPosted: Sun Jan 29, 2012 11:01 am ---- I think the timing problems were the reason it didn't sell more! Absolutely awesome looking cars though

#14: Re: 207 GTI 175 Aegean Blue Author: jayz206gti, Location: TamworthPosted: Sun Jan 29, 2012 1:38 pm ---- Looks great pal. I nearly had one a few years back but went the scooby route. The belt get caught on my seats too!
#15: Re: 207 GTI 175 Aegean Blue Author: StephXSi, Location: Mansfield, NottinghamshirePosted: Sun Jan 29, 2012 2:52 pm ---- Lovely looking car. I'm looking at getting the XS version 207 after I've had the 206 a few more months next and can't decide between blue or white but I must admit the blue looks awesome! They are stunning looking cars in my opinion
#16: Re: 207 GTI 175 Aegean Blue Author: jayz206gti, Location: TamworthPosted: Sun Jan 29, 2012 3:06 pm ---- Does anybody know if the pattern/offset is different to the 206? Those wheels would look tasty on my 180 maybe...

I believe they will fit straight on
#18: Re: 207 GTI 175 Aegean Blue Author: Andy180, Location: Stoke on TrentPosted: Sun Jan 29, 2012 3:31 pm ---- Pretty sure they will go straight on jayz206gti, i test drove one of these a couple of years back and wasnt overly impressed with them felt slower than a 180 and didn't seem to handle as well, it did have its plus point though the interior was alot nicer inpaticular the dash and the seats and it was really quite.

I think you can only get Aegean blue on the GTI/XS.. Might be wrong. But it's a rare colour for 207s

Yea I think your right. My 206 is Aegean blue and i love the colour when it's clean and shiny but there's something about a white 207 that just makes me go WOW! whenever I see one so I'm in too minds which colour to go for but i might just see what crops up around my end when the times comes to upgrade.

4x108 et25 with a 65.1 bore good luck finding them though the Pitlanes are a bit rarer than the Hockenheims
#22: Re: 207 GTI 175 Aegean Blue Author: hayes_ctfc, Location: CheltenhamPosted: Thu Feb 02, 2012 10:47 am ---- According to ServiceBox it's Recife Blue, is there much difference between Recife and Aegean?
#23: Re: 207 GTI 175 Aegean Blue Author: hayes_ctfc, Location: CheltenhamPosted: Thu Feb 02, 2012 10:55 am ---- Ignore me, look in our paint code book and it's the French pronunciation haha
#24: Re: 207 GTI 175 Aegean Blue Author: Addaz, Location: SuffolkPosted: Fri Feb 03, 2012 12:41 pm ---- Nice car
Shame its probably going to go wrong soon. I will happily say its the most unreliable mordern peugeot they have done
I will just wait till the 208 Gti thanks, the standard 208 ive seen in the flesh (before press, as i go for training at PSA head quarters) is rather tasty
#25: Re: 207 GTI 175 Aegean Blue Author: Ryan207GTI, Location: CoventryPosted: Thu Feb 16, 2012 5:25 pm ---- The only problem can be the THP engine, which is in the GT as well as GTi and a whole host of other PSA models. But when it works it's sweet!...
#26: Re: 207 GTI 175 Aegean Blue Author: Brian, Location: VVT Land, FifePosted: Thu Feb 16, 2012 5:28 pm ---- I think those clio's had something to do with the loss in sales of these! If these were nearer the 200bhp mark then it would have been a winning combination. The interiors in the 207's were certainly miles ahead of the clios.
