#1: Anyone used AUTO-RX or any other flushing oil/additive? Author: D4NTP, Location: Not Leeds or its surrounding areas!Posted: Tue Feb 07, 2012 3:26 pm ---- I have been doing a bit of pondering regarding my top end engine rattle that follows a hard run on the track.
Initially I thought a change of oil (back to 5w40) and a genuine filter would do the trick but after having a look I appear to have a few turbo turds kicking about in there, so, I am considering a flush of some description...
Auto rx has got a few good reviews...in america.
Wynns engine cleaner also.
Any body had any success using and products?
Oh and i'm fully aware of the horror stories about using these products as well.

because they don't recommand car with turbocharger to use engine flush...
if you really want to give it a go use amsoil or forte

Champion, engine flush is the same, the fuel is obiviously different though

Nope
I would never put any flushing agent in my engine.
