#1: 2005 206 hdi gti, front wheel knocking Author: vauxfan, Location: yorkPosted: Fri Feb 17, 2012 10:49 am ---- The car has started light knocking from the front wheel. so today i grabbed it and pulled it left to right, there was movement in the wheel and there was some movement when doing the same at 12 and 6 oclock. wheel studs are tight and the knock i don't think is the arm or steering rod. so do you think the bearing has gone? there is no rumbling. what size is the hub nut and have you done one?
