#1: Whistling Author: ryanovsalford, Location: manchesterPosted: Fri Feb 24, 2012 12:38 pm ---- Hi guy i am a bit confused so today i was coming home from work and for the first time with out no music due to blown fuse and noticed that in 5th gear at round 70 there is a whistling noise cAnt say where its coming from it just sounds like one of them old fashion kettles that whistle when there redy but is only in 5th gear as tryed 70mPh in 4th any ideas guys

It maybe, 5th is always the first gear that starts being noisy when the box is run low on oil.

Just get the gearbox oil from any Peugeot / Citroen main dealer & change it yourself.
