You need to remove the whole control unit then you can access them. Is it just to replace a blown bulb?

I have done this and its a total pain in the butt. Pull off the top consule at the hazard button pull from passenger side upwards and move to side. Take out 2 screws holding the heater consule in. Remove your headunit (stereo). The centre consule should now unclip but be careful. Remove the screws 4 I think then the heater control should be able to unclip by pushing the top of it in and the bottom out. Try manouvering it about and get it out the hole with the heater cables attached. At this point all going well try using long nose pliers and turn the bulb holders to get them out about 90 degree turn. The bulb does pull out the holder although it looks like one part. There are 2 different types of bulb holder white or black, I know the white ones come out without taking the heater controller to bits but not sure about the black ones, I think they have to be removed with the unit in two bits which means taking off the heater cables.....Avoid this at all costs......if you do take them off you will most likely break the attachment on the temp control, I did this and ended up getting another unit from ebay and it had the same bit broke, it's just not designed to come off at that end. This will help if you don't have the electronic display otherwise it might just get you into the controller so I hope it helps....good luck....I got bulbs from ebay
