Any pics of them on the car? Is the tape not visible when they are fitted?

#10: Re: new yellow fogs Author: gazza82, Location: South BucksPosted: Mon Mar 12, 2012 10:30 am ---- Years ago fog lights were all yellow tinted ... I remember them being fitted to an uncle's Ford ... he lived out in the sticks and had extra lights as he lived in the middle of no-where with no street lights ...
He had the yellow fogs, plus a pair of spot lights and pair of driving lights .. on top of the normal headlamps. The spots were long beams whereas the driving lights where a slightly wider beam. Not only did he light up the back roads of Cambridgeshire, you could see him coming from miles away.
And you never stood in front of the car with them all on .. you git third-degree burns on any uncovered skin!!! Last edited by gazza82 on Mon Mar 12, 2012 10:41 am; edited 1 time in total

It doesn't 'cut though' any better.

The yellow light doesn't reflect off the fog the same as white light so is not as blinding to the driver. With the modern reflectors it's not as much an issue now as it used to be.
