I have a 51 plate 206 1.1 It idles ok but when I put my foot on the accelerator it coughs and splutters and won't rev. It has had new coil pack cat and today an auto mechanic checked it and found no faults but the car still doe's the same. After I changed the cat it ran great but that was 2 weeks ago

as you say about the plugs there would be a more obvious problem with the car if plugs were the issue
