#1: No fan when ac is on? Author: Kelz, Location: KentPosted: Sun Apr 01, 2012 10:33 am ---- Been told the fan should come on when I switch air con on?
But I switch it on and it makes no difference the fan doesn't come on BUT when temp goes up to 92 the fan does come on and cools it down
Anyone know what the probably may be with this?

Pressure safety switch stops the aircon compressor cutting in which it turn means there is no need for the cooling fan to run.

If your aircon hasn't been used for a while the seals may be knackered so it won't hold a charge. If that is the case you effectively get it tested for free.
