What do you think of this? taken alot of time and effort to get to this stage!! not finished yet! alot more polishing to go!!

To get the cast inlet to first stage you need to use about 120 grit sand paper and alot of rubbing!! once its smoth you need to work through the different grades of sand paper (180 240 ect) wet and dry sand paper works well!
when your happy with how smooth and shiney it is you can then get the polishing mops on it to give it that mirror finish shine. hope this helps. need to know more let me know.

ill just stick to painting it with black high temperature paint to match all the other black bits in my engine bay Razz hehe

saying that fair play to you will look good Very Happy just wouldnt match in mine.....

Ryan you really need to get this in your project thread, along with the janspeed system you have sat in your bedroom, don't wait til it's fitted because thats just boring Wink
