If youve got the materials and tools to make something like this then its a tidy mod! A nice personal touch for the engine bay IMO.

if u fancy welding 1mm alu lee you go ahead Smile all welds were sanded off.
im a weldder fabricator by trade so think i know what im doing.
judge it when its finished yea

I agree, the welds look a bit too rough and lumpy. But hey, what do I know.

Also, I would never be going near your engine bay. f*** that for the giggles.

It's your engine bay, do what you want. If you don't like critics, harsh or soft, don't post anything.

i can understand where my brother is coming from, i think "Looks s**t if you ask me. Welding looks p**s poor too." is a bit too harsh when all that needed to be said was something a little less harsher. I know he has worked hard on it but those welds you aint going to see anyway as thats the base and not the top

Every one on this site iv spoken with / traded with or got advise from so far have been more than friendly, these people are not going to lie and say they like something when they dont i believe its called honesty you put a topic up asking what people thought

I think he was asking what the plastic air feed pipe was going into the battery box rather than what people thought of his battery box
