Author: dev1606, Location: NewcastlePosted: Sun Apr 29, 2012 10:05 am ---- i had to change my door on my gti due to some wa@*er trying to break into it. i put the new door on and swapped the wiring (new door didnt have electric mirror wiring), i never swapped the lock or locking mech. i shut the door and it locked all the doors (keys were inside ). i managed to get the keys out and now my centeral locking isnt working at all??? any ideas chaps?? thanks

GTI should have a deadlocking type of motor.
Most likely find a blown fuse in the fuse box aswell.
