Radiator pipe came off attached to expansion tank

Car was steaming from radiator and popped bonnet and the thin pipe from the expansion tank to the radiator was off any ideas? Happened straight after putting oil and brake fluid in but could be a coinsidance

Put too much water in?

Knock the pipes when clumsily filling the oil?

Maybe but was steaming alot as all the water had gone as coolant was all over any ideas ?

The water gets hot....what do you expect?

Hot water + cold air = a lot of steam.
