A Motorway trip of about 30 miles at a steady 70mph has always helped to unblock mine. It surprises me how the sellers fail to mention how these vehicles aren't suitable for short trips for long periods.
The FAP system in mine will be straight off when the particulate filter needs replaced; that is gutting it and writing it off of the ECU. They're expensive to replace otherwise! Even more than the clutch/DMF assembly!

He couldnt run regeneration becouse, computer didnt let him do that (and i saw sighn on his computer which said "maximum regenerations are achived"???). I never run any regenerations by my self or anyone else. He said that filter is probably not full enough to run it. He reseted warning but on start up it appaered again.
I bought new car. I have peugeot 206 sw 1,6 hdi fap (y 2005) with 98.000 km.
What to do?

Take it out a long drive at a steady 50-60mph and it should regenerate itself. Forced regenerations are used when a fully is badly blocked.
