#1: heat shield rattles Author: rob25, Location: swanseaPosted: Wed May 16, 2012 3:55 pm ---- Hello,new to the forum and just bought my lovley 206,but she has issues.suspensions quite stiff which is fine but the hat shield around the exhaust is rattling like crazy with every slight bump.question is can i remove the heat shield safely or has anyone got a solution to my problem.

would it be a good idea to leave the shield by the petrol tank alone?daft question i,m sure.

could it be suspension?cars on 40 profile tyres but suspension seems standard....
