Looks to me like the connector for the tweeter itself.

That large hole next to that plug that's where you would feed the mirror loom into the car. So you'd have to get the electric mirrors + loom and the mirror switch that moves the mirror glass in different directions

Got to agree with Tom, electric mirrors will have more wires running to them (7 drivers side, 5 passenger)
