#1: replacing alternator Author: lenbt, Location: BirminghamPosted: Tue Jun 12, 2012 2:10 pm ---- need a new alternator pronto, does anyone know if they are interchangeable between specs?
I have a 2.0 hdi but cant find a used one locally. but there is one off a 1.6 petrol local.
any insight would be appreciated.

i have one in my shed that needs gone, but it could do with a new pulley.
