Hello there,

Driving a wee Bianca White 206 Van and loving it! Smile

There's a wee scratch on the bumper under the passenger headlight, but I got a sticker big enough to cover it that says "Sex, Drugs and Sausage rolls". I repair scratches with stickers... minimum wage ftw!

Here's a few specs and pics:

Year: 2000
Engine: 1.9d Diesel (About as powerful as hitting someone with a wet noodle, but not a f*** is given by me :P)
0-60: I'll let ye know when I find a steep enough hill Wink :L
Some Stuff: 99000 miles. lexus rear lights (Unfortunately). angel eye frontlights. GTI spoiler, lowered on FK AK street coilovers upto 100mm. rear torsion bar lowered 80mm. rare peugeot 205gti wheels in good condition professionally refurbished and resprayed.

Pics:

Plans:
Get rid of the Lexarse lights and put standard taillights in.
That's about it. Other than that, I'm perfectly happy! Very Happy

C and C welcome! Smile

The 1.9 diesel snaps the camshaft in to 3 pieces when the timing belt fails so unless its had a belt recently it needs replacing.

Looks a tidy example, how much will it cost to ship the car if you don't mind me asking?

My brother lives just outside Wigan, so he's gonna collect it for me. I'm gonna fly over, spend a few days with him and take it back on the boat. It's gonna sting me about 180-200 pounds for the flight+boat back. Boat back is about 150 pounds Smile

Ah right that's not too bad, if you went with a shipping company I'm sure it would have skyrocketed so probably saved a fair bit doing it yourself

Haha there are many different styles of speed lines, they do from time to time make OEM wheels like yours for the 205 1.9 gti Wink , when you get it check to see if there speed lines or SMD's speed lines are lighter rarer and worth more Wink

Oh, good shout. I'll definitely have a look-see once I go collect it from my brothers! Smile

Like that just bought a van the same as this apart from mine is soooooo standard its un true. Think the 1.9 gti alloys will have to be my first purchase as they look great. Any recommendations on a decent but cheap suspension kit from the folks on here?

Thanks

Ok Mr Picky,

I've got 2 speedlines and 2 SMR's

Not that they look at all different from eachother.

They came off a 205GTi and are well known as "205GTi alloys"

i like it but just to much white, this i what i would do

black masked crystals
get some front fogs and mask them aswell
replacle the frong grill with a standard one and have a black badge
m3 style rear lights
gti rear bumper with a nice back box
phase 2 boot strip in white
colour code door strips and door handles
honeycombe grill
white wing mirrors
paint spoiler white
change alloys or paint them black

I actually agree with the majority of those plans. Once I rack up a wee bit of money I'll be able to spend a bit of time on the 206.

Also, stickers arrived lol
