#1: Dealer Code Read? Author: Steve206, Location: UKPosted: Thu Jul 19, 2012 2:22 pm ---- How much does anyone know. Got a fault, local garage has diagnosed a lambda fault, although they cant see which one, and from reading it might not actually be alambda fault.

#4: Re: Dealer Code Read? Author: Addaz, Location: SuffolkPosted: Thu Jul 19, 2012 3:33 pm ---- Iirc we can do a specific test in which we connect up an additional loom then operate PP in which to un cover exactly which sensor is at fault (as well as testing all the resistance in the wires)
Side note, have they checked parameters (off the top of my head) the up stream should be flickering between voltages 0.1 to 1 i THINK and the down stream should be a constant fiqure.
But im sure if you find a nice dealer they will give you a better indication for roughly half an hour (so about £30 or so)

Might help if you say which P code it is if you know it, or did they not say?

I was close enough after 4 hours of driving and only just getting back about an hour ago
4 hours driving in a 206?
Give this man a beer.
208 1.4hdi mate, beauties of working at a stealership
lol
i was wrong then....
how was it btw? slow?
Ermmm yes
Does like the upper digits, put it that way. Very comfortable for the journey and i must say the ESP system really does assist when playing about.
Driving position is really nice too as the collum is fully adjustable, the only really annoying things is the touch screen radio gets a bit tiresome along with the other sensitive stalks.
(plus the ESP kicks back in after 40mph...)
