#1: Car won't start and then revs just drop......help please! Author: luke030588, Location: peterboroughPosted: Sun Aug 12, 2012 3:24 pm ---- Basically every now and again my car won't start first time, then when it does start everything resets (time and Date etc) and the revs will drop to zero and the car will cut out unless I give it some gas. After a while the problem goes away and the car won't go below 1k revs.
Have been told it's the battery but someone else has told me it's not. Any ideas?

Yeh makes a noise and then the time and date reset, thanks for the help guys I'll get a new battery!
