OK, I'm going to be short here.
Pics gradually go here: www.flickr.com/photos/84722500@N03/
Flywheel power is 210 HP, torque 240 Nm available from 1500 to 7000 rpm Smile
Boost is 0.8 bar.
Here's the list of all mods done until now:

- Starring Eaton M62 clutched supercharger from a Merc SLK230 Smile
- OZ Racing 17" rims
- Water piping reconstruction + rerouting (inox)
- Custom 18.5cm crank pulley + custom belt
- Custom intake manifold
- Clutch reinforcement (adjusted flywheel)
- Oil cooler (water)
- Custom steering pump (electric) + hoses
- Engine head adjustment
- Forge bypass valve
- Motul gearbox oil
- Oil change + filter
- ARP gasket bolts
- BORLA complete inox exhaust 63mm
- Lancer Evo X catalyst
- New engine heat exchanger
- NGK spark plugs
- Adjusted clutch cable
- Pirelli Pzero Nero 205/40/17 tyres
- Exhaust thermoband (exhaust manifold + downpipe)
- Bosch bigger fuelpump (2.0 TFSI)
- 470cc injectors
- K&N sportfilter + Samco hoses
- Enlarged cold air intake
- 206RC exhaust manifold
- modified gearbox linkages + shortshift
- Unichip piggyback
- DP_Engineering decompression plate
- OMP front strutbar
- Quaife LSD
- 206RC rear suspension/axle + powerflex mounts + KYB Ultra-SR sport dampers
- Front Eibach Pro springs
- Water/methanol cooling (Devil's Own) Stage 1
- Alpine 9812 HU + MacAudio MPX4000 + Pioneer TS-A171CI + Pioneer TS-G1312
- New brake discs and pads (ATE)
- Lowered as much as possible
- Metabond oil treatment

To be done:
- powerflex bushes for front
- vibratechnics engine mounts (f***ing engine keeps breaking its mounts !@$#$^%@)
- intercooling (IAT is killer!)
- modify front grilles (for more air!)
- hood scoop for more air!
- switch to 283mm brakes in front (need braking power!)
- new front dampers (KYB Ultra-SR or Bilstein B4/B6 for better mass transfer)

Sounds good but the only bit im intrested in is the water/methanol cooling.....

w/m cooling will be used as temporary remedy for IAT reduction Sad
Tuner engineer has insisted on non-intercooled design, now engine heat is dangerous for summer day driving so he suddenly changed his mind Sad
W/m will be used later on only for temporary meth boost, intercooler will lower temperatures properly.

seriously doubt how much cooling effect will the meth/water spray give you.

myself and steve both got the kit set up and we got very minimal gain on power before intercooling. We only got 2L engine so can't really run oversize nozzle

No cooler?!

Well that is strange....

How much roughly did the meth setup cost? As im currently just investing in a cooler spray rather than injection

Yes *it is strange*; it is also inefficient and dangerous for the engine. This is what I said too to the tuner engineer but he seemed to convince me somehow to go on. However, I am not (yet) car engineer, but I am quick learner. Space is a huge problem in the engine bay for any kind of intercooler piping if supercharger is placed as in my photo. Will attempt a swap with the alternator (new mounts, sh.it) or will totally quit air conditioning Sad Not too good for a black car in summer time.
Meth setup was about 300 EUR + installation.

if you really running out of space you could run charge cooler. The cooling core are located in-line with your supercharge pipe work.

Thanks for the tip but the operation space for that is really small (check engine picture, lefthand side). I kinda need to put a 90 degree angle hose out of the supercharger and this will definitely kill airflow Sad
It will be a project for this winter... Smile
