Rear snout bearings are literally melted, front bearings are quite shakey. Epoxy off the rotors has chipped off and lubricating oil has a dark tint.
I suspect that bolting the s/c directly to the intake manifold and thus to the cylinder head is not such a good idea since some mysterious forces are bending the engine in the belt area. As a proof, I have found a bit of oil leakage in the opposite direction, which means that although I have used ARP studs for head mounting, some serious problems may be inside.
Obviously I need rework and that means quitting the air conditioning. That's fine since more space for dash gauges is thus created
For the moment project is on hold.

Roots s/c is famous for air heating. There is no thermal isolation between s/c and intake manifold (bad, bad. bad!) and engine + s/c temps got combined. On top of this, there is no intercooler. I think IAT is 90-100 celsius which is horrible. I will have a serious discussion with the tuning engineer on monday. Meanwhile I found another supercharger but I do not afford changing them as socks or underwear

I am using a 2:1 pulley therefore I am not going over 14000 rpm. Pressure is being read using the MAP sensor and is about 0.78 bar (11.3 psi)... I don't know what to believe, however, I am a calm driver, shifting at about 5000 rpm...
The fault that I got was not in the front snout (the oiled one) but in the one in the back ...
It resulted in a s***ty mess, with s/c inner walls "machined" by the rotors.

Lesson learned: IT IS NOT GOOD FOR LOW BOOST. May be good for high boost turbo (over 1.2 bar) but definitely not for low boost. As a matter of fact, engine idle becomes a nightmare, fuel consumption is chaotic, lots of unburnt fuel goes off the exhaust...
Stock compression engine with just 0.5 bar boost yields now over 8 HP over the decompressed one with 0.8 bar... will go 0.8 bar soon, targeting 240HP and 300Nm. Even now (215 HP and 255Nm) the car has violent takeoff but thank God for the stiff suspension and lowered height...

think i need to contact you, im into supercharger project too but want to maintain aircond..not sure which place to mount it, did u think amr 300 and amr 500 too small.. not planning to change intake manifold

You will have to move all heat exchangers 2-3cm towards the driver side (assuming you have a left hand side steering car).
You cannot keep the original manifold since it occupies too much space.

mine is right hand drive anyway... heat exchanger= radiator?
HOW about using charger AMR 300/ AMR 500 looking for nice torque anyway
by the way could i get much clearer pic of
- Custom 18.5cm crank pulley + custom belt
- supercharger mounting point
-your new intake manifold
