#1: Hydrolic Clutch Problem Author: kewlnsol, Location: ukPosted: Wed Aug 15, 2012 5:06 am ---- Hi guys, changed the 206 GTI 2.0 for new engine resolved the startup issue and have a major problem with the clutch now
Fitted new bearing as broke old one being too forcefull refitting the gear box, was 2 man bleeding the clutch and the nut popped off because it wasnt fitted tightly enough releasing the pressure but now it wont build up pressure when bleeding even though its pushing fluid through.
When i was bleeding it i had pressure building up very easily now when you move the clutch lever manually you get a squelching sound like its got air in any help on this matter is hughly appreciated because apart from a trackrod end stuck that needs changing this is all standing between us driving this beast
