#1: HOw to remove a complete Dashboard ? A step by step would be great as i have done as much as i can but cant seem to get the thing out.

Disconnect the battery.

Remove :
The steering wheel module (1) (Refer to the procedure Check - Repair operations - Adjustment : Airbags)
The steering wheel (2) marking its position on the splines
The centre console (3)
The lower trim (4) under the steering wheel
The side switches (5) (According to equipment)
The blanks (6)
The steering column (/)
Pull the lower section of the visor (7) to detach it.
Finish unclipping the upper section.
Remove the binnacle ( 7).
Remove the fastener on rear of dial unit
Disconnect the instrument panel connectors .
Remove the instrument panel
Unclip the upper centre panel by pulling it towards you.
Disconnect the hazard warning lights switch
Remove the mountings at the bottom of the display module
Disconnect the connector on rear/ lower
Remove the clock or the display (According to equipment) .
Remove the panel or the radio (According to equipment) .
Remove the mountings at the top of the fascia panel
Unclip the centre panel, by pulling it gently towards you.
Remove the centre panel.
Remove the mountings from the heater blower(s)/ top section and a/c or heater controls
Remove the fastener between dashboard and floor console (gearstick sits in floor console)
Remove the ashtray/ cup holder (depending on equipment)
Remove the fixing for the earth wires.
Remove end panels on the dash (near the doors)
Remove the mountings inside
Disconnect the connector on internal wire
Remove the fastener lug (there may be two of these on later models... can be found either near scuttle panel or underneath near the sterring column, should be white/ black, about 1/4 inch long)
On each side, lift the fascia and pull it towards you to detach it from the air conditioner and the windscreen.
