#1: ABS/ESR Fault Author: dafatkid88, Posted: Sun Oct 07, 2012 3:59 pm ---- Hiya guys, am new to this forum but was hoping you may be able to help me..
I have a 206 GTi180 and at the weekend tried fitting a set of lowering springs much to a massive FAIL lol
but anyways we wasnt able to get the hub apart from the strut and so gave up nd put the car back together, but after starting the car the ABS and ESR light comes on and the dash screen says ABS fault and ABS/ESR not functioning... I thought at first it may just be a faulty sensor so replaced this (at a cost of £50 from pug) and its still coming up with the fault.. the brakes work perfectly fine tho other then the warning light coming up.. any ideas??
any help would be much appreciated.. cheers
