#61: Re: Shell Shocked Autobodies LTD Work Portfolio Author: -SDC-, Location: DevonPosted: Tue May 25, 2010 5:29 am ---- Been up to quite a bit over the last few weeks, however my point and shoot skills have been forgotten a little due to having a large amount of traders cars coming in and out.
Anyway, finally got our new lighting system up in our booth:
And a few other things we been doing, most are pretty self explanatory:
Merc Wheel Refurbishment:
Civic Bumper/Wing Repair
Few more of the Astra Bits sprayed up, this car has been completely finished now but I need to get the images of my other camera:
Tams Rear lights:
Also working on this rather nice E36 328. Full AC schnitzer kit and wheels, as well as some rather interested Schnitzer swade bucket seats which I have never seen before. Full rust restoration to the rear and front panels, as well as repairing the carbon fibre and also full respraying the car:
More pictures of this to come!

Two his and hers Supra's, we resprayed both of these and done a load of work at various points over the last 2 years!
Golf GTi respray and fit front and rear bumper and side skirts:
Saw a friendly Civic that we resprayed recently in the car park having an MOT:
And a variety of work to a Nissan Figro, rust repair ect:
#63: Re: Shell Shocked Autobodies LTD Work Portfolio Author: -SDC-, Location: DevonPosted: Mon Jun 21, 2010 4:09 am ---- Couple of bumper corners here before flatting, these both had massive scuffs on:
Also had a ST, which had the entire passengers side kicked in, didn't get any starting photo's but it was really really bad. Had to rebuild all of the door's swage lines by eye:
#64: Re: Shell Shocked Autobodies LTD Work Portfolio Author: -SDC-, Location: DevonPosted: Tue Jun 29, 2010 10:55 am ---- More updates on the S2000. Outside bodywork fitting is now nearly 100%. We are now making sebs arch's suitable to take large wheels. Obveriously the rear and front overfenders are about 2 inches inside the new fibre glass outer edge. So we cut back the metal archs, welded them back then fibre glassed over them to stop any hash edges catching on the wheel.
We will also be making Seb Custom wheel archs out of plastic as well, so that road muck does not get thrown up inside the kit and allowed to sit on the metalwork.
Also we finally worked out what the odd spare bit of the kit was for, and fuel cap extension. However like normal it fitted horribly. So we now cut the entire thing and reshaped it so it will fit like stock:
