what do you want them to come on with? All the time? , sidelights? Full beam?
ect? If you want them on a switch then you need a switch kit with relay ect.

If it was me i would wire it into a switch, but i suppose easiest option is just tap into exisiting fogs or headlights, But doing this there will be legal implications. As i suppose they could be classed as foglights, and you can only have them on when foggy, for example.
