#1: Antipolution fault Author: LeeThr, Location: North West WalesPosted: Thu Dec 06, 2012 8:49 am ---- The GTi is throwing this up at the moment, got planet on it and it's coming back with cat ageing p0420. It's a genuine cat, but this only gets thrown up if I'm sat at 70mph for any length of time the rest of the time if it's been cleared doesn't come back.
Any ideas?

Small leaks in the exhaust are enough to trigger a fault with the lambda sensor / cat.
