Having a cambelt change next week. Need to get the water pump done as well anyone recommend a water pump.. or just buy the cheapest on eurocarparts ?

if you can buy the OEM one,that would be great,but if you buy an after market one,it better not to be made in CHINA :(,look for good quality,cuz this is a very important item in the engine

its not that expence to buy a gunuine one from pugs some of the pattern parts ones have a plastic back plate not a alloy one like the genuine ones and as its quite a important part i would like to fit the best i can get.

Don't just get the cheapest. Best to get the pump with the outlet fitted too.

£40.74 now at Euro Car Parts. Decent brand and with the outlet too.

Genuine Peugeot pump is £70.40

Question is who makes the Peugeot pump? There is a chance it could be the same as the one Euro Car Parts supply.

My pump as fitted from the factory has the plastic outlet!
