#3: Re: Parts needed Author: karlfaber2012, Posted: Thu Feb 28, 2013 4:59 pm ---- Not local enough to get to any time soon. Working unsociable hours means I can't really get there, ordering online is all easier.

there's just no point posting up on here how cheap Peugeot / Citroen main dealers are for most parts as people just ignore it as they have main dealer phobia OR are just to bone idle to go to a main dealer.
Just let them use Ebay & pay over the odds.

If you have the Peugeot part number, even if the part your after isn't even used on a Citroen they should still be able to order it in for you if you pay for it in advance.

This is very true. All Peugeot and Citroen dealerships have access to both franchises regardless if they supply one or the other. And yes most numbers are interchangeable. At the dealership I work at we cater for both

I always use my local Citroen dealer for parts seeing as the Peugeot dealer & me are not on speaking terms

What have you done
#15: Re: Parts needed Author: MrBSI, Location: What's it to you? ? ?Posted: Fri Mar 01, 2013 2:10 pm ---- I got Peugeot customer services involved with a dispute over a repeated failed repair attempt under the Peugeot 3 year warranty & I had to use the data protection act to get the main dealer in question to release warranty paperwork for my car as they refused to give it to me.
I was told never to bring my car back for repair or set foot in the dealer again
