Right basically when the car is hot (if driving ffor a long time) the suspension creaks like hell only does it when car is hot any ideas what this maybe and possibly the overall cost?

I just thought to mention it just incase, because you said it only does it when car is hot.
It's usually when the engine moves around too with that ring.

It isn't unusual for these to start to fail but need to be worked before they creak. So the creaking isn't directly caused by the car being hot just that you have driven it and the frequent suspension movement while driving has restarted the noise.

I had a similar problem last year and turned out that I needed new shocks and drop links. Have a look around your suspension and see if there's any oil around the shocks (if your shocks is oil types)
