Yeah, but they aren't going to improve the brake by 10 fold, they're just going to irritate every single human being you brake past because brembos aren't meant to be used with 283mm discs. The squeel they give off will make you want to rip them off in a matter of minutes.
MTEC Grooved and Drilled Discs and OMP Road & Sport Pads all round are what I'm running on my 180. Fantastic setup once warmed up and very little brake dust.

Just fit some decent disc & pads, the standard callipers are more then enough unless you drive around like a t**t.
Brembo discs & Ferodo Premier pads will easily do the job on a road car.
