Hi there can anyone tell me how to test the 3 pin camshaft sensor on an 04 206 1.4 twin cam engine please?

You will need to check the ignition live, the earth and the signal. I think the signal should be about 5v but someone else with knowledge of your engine should confirm. If there ok then it's probably the camshaft sensor. What's the problem with the engine?

Ive got two faults, P1336 and P0170 one of which relates to the crank/cam sensor fault. Ive replaced the crankshaft sensor to no avail. I wanted to test the camshaft sensor before replaceing it. Ive got a haynes manual but cant find a wiring diagram with this sensor on it to check pin outs and wiring.
