Yes, if PP2000 doesn't deserve it's own sub-section in the forum I don't know what does.

Tim's map could go in there and everything.

So what can you actually do with the pp2000 then?

I got mine from DHGate.com, was about £55 posted.

Do all sorts with it. Reason I brought mine was to do diagnostics on my 206. You can change settings in the BSI for example rear wiper to come on if you are in reverse and front ones are on etc.

It's not a toy though. I had to fix a couple that bought it and had a 'mess around' with it, then ended up frying their BSI and also locked the immo out and I had to fix it for them.

I agree! What He Said

You really have to know what you are doing, and if you don't know what you are doing, just do the clear of fault codes.

But even then you can lock your ECU when you clear them more than 50 times.

Ordered one.

I use the Vauxhall Op-Com interface/software so aware how it can go all wrong if you just randomly delete and clear stuff lol

You can do everything perfect and still end-up with a non-runner..

If someone wrote a Dummies Guide to Peugeot Planet they would make a killing. I would have thought that even Peugeot techs do a couple of days training on it before they are let loose on a car.

It's the clone interface which is half the problem.
There's good reason why a genuine one costs as much as it does.

Even then, highly experienced master techs. with a genuine interface can cockup things quite nicely.
Difference being they have a whole company behind them to sort things out when/if this happens.
