Its the complete headlamp / wiper stalk unit you need to change as its all in one.
A new Valeo com 2000 unit from Euro would be just under £150 tops at the moment + whatever the labour charge to fit the unit.
Need to know the spec of com unit fitted to the car to get an exact price / match.
