#7: Re: Gti 180 mirrors Author: Jayde, Location: BrightonPosted: Sat Aug 17, 2013 4:01 pm ---- My 180 is an 03 plate (registered March) but my wing mirror control dial only turns left to right. It won turn the 180 degrees to fold the mirrors, and doesn't have the arrow marked at that point either.
As I'm in the process of sorting new wing mirrors, ( after some delightful pr!ck decided to kick both of mine off last night), I want to change them over to folding mirrors, as I don't think mine has it.
The new mirrors I've order say they come with the black plugs, no other wiring, and I've got my eye on the mirror control, that has the arrow facing the bottom.
Will It just be case of swapping them over, and connecting them up, or is there additional wiring needed for the folding mirror system?
