just bought some new bosch super plus plugs from halfords, used the book to get the right ones, and when ive come to change them the thread lengths are different.. ? SO im abit confused

I know your meant to make sure they are the same, but i thought if thats what it says and these are the right ones then they must be right ?
So i tryed them anyway they work, but it seems just slightly lumpy on idle hardly noticeable but its not smooth as i was expecting
So would u say ive got the wrong plugs ?

Halford's flip-up charts are often incorrect ....

Try the bosch web site ... www.bosch-automotive-c...ation=true

S16 is French for GTI

RC is French for GTI 180

Pretty pointless as hardly anyone reads the stickys or FAQ's already on here.

We live in a world of instant gratification. It would take patience and research to find something in a sticky or FAQ!

The reason the search function on here is kak is because people keep asking the same bloody questions all the time.
