Is this how ALL of this model engine management system is set up or is there a problem with this one?
If it is correct that they are all like this I would then want to know why but that is another question completely.

If the OBD says % for units it's plain wrong.
PP2000 has degrees angle units and 80 degrees is the max (look at the throttle pane travel in the actual intake and you'll see).
