looking good!

I would suggest splitting your headlights and painting them.

I have fly eyed my fogs which look good. did it on my headlights too but i have morettes. Had to take the fly eye off my normal driving beam as it really reduced what i could see at night!

so if i was you i would split them and paint instead!

also not a fan of the huge sticker, but like everything else!

keep it up

huge sticker is gone:) and I'll avoid fly eye for the front! they look good on the back I reckon! look pretty much black until lights are on then they're as bright as normal, which is perfect as I don't want to cause any issues on the road. I'll look into masking the fronts with a tinted vinyl or something.

anyhow, more modding!

here's the car debadged in the day:) kept the GTi180 badge as they're expensive to replace, lol!

debadged alloys

and now... DEWIPERING!

Yep, decided to take the plunge... As many others have said, they've had the bolt for the wiper seize in meaning they've had to get a hacksaw on it.. I did give it a good go with the hacksaw but mine wasn't good enough! in the end I cut off the wiper and then drilled through the rivets on the inside and then drill the bolt on the outside to make it drop.

finished product:

for anyone curious, I put a piece of metal over the inside to stop rain coming in, then a vinyl'd circle on the outside in gloss black so its unoticable and totally flat.

Great work so far. Wouldn't say it's a 1.1L

Perhaps SP/Zunsport grilles
LED Tailights
Masked headlights in black

I am looking into going SP/Zunsport within the next 2 months.. Just getting some money together as they're a tad expensive:) I want to mask my headlights and also my front fogs, but not sure how?? I'm guessing they're not wrapped?

Heres a small update:-

better shot of the rear of my car, debadged (minus my GTi180) and also de-wipered.. looks rather smart I think:)

also a shot of a friends and my pug, he's on small steelies and then there's mine, always makes me chuckle how low it actually is, haha:) may have to get a splitter!

also finally got my team heko wind deflectors!! been dying to get these bad boys!

While I was at it, I had a spare set of uncut 5% limo tint, only enough for one window... So I "roughly" did it to see what It'd look like, there's a few miscuts, etc. If I was going to actually do it properly, I'd probably take the windows out (at least for the rear quarter sides)

Just wanted your guys opinions before actually doing it properly? I personally really like it, but I like input from everyone else. I think with masked fogs and headlights at the front, it'll look really good!

Would be nice to see masked headlights on your car mate!
Also I love the tint!
I would get wind deflectors but I never drive with my windows open, maybe I will get some when the warmer weather comes and visits us but for now my windows are staying closed and the heating on!

I mainly got them for when its raining, can have the window open and not have the rain coming in:) other than that I wanted them for cosmetic looks, haha! and yeah, I like the tint! will probably do them next month properly! I want just the sides done for now, then possibly think about tailgate. Found some stuff for tinting my lights, going to do it with vinyl, haha.

little update!

here she is as she sits currently:) note, the windows have been photoshop tinted for opinions... I'm thinking 5% on rear quarters and rear view screen, 75% front and maybe a 90% windscreen?? I want front end tinted as they've got the green factory tint which doesn't seem removable.

managed to get a 180 interior thanks to a member of 206info:) sadly there has been a slight dispute which I won't into here, but it may not be fitted to the car, not sure on the outcome yet. Really hope it can be resolved soon as a 180 interior would really suite my car!

Awesome how you decided to stick with standard non-sports front bumper grille, still looks very lean and mean!
