#1: @06 Rallycross car Author: Hawkesfire, Location: Stockton On TeesPosted: Wed Oct 23, 2013 7:13 am ---- Hi thought i would put my car on here as its now a true 206 unit as i have been running a HB supercharged GTI6 engine until last weekend and it went bang.
Picture of it racing last weekend running 351bhp..
Now getting a GTI180 engine fitted and this will run on throttle bodies for the next race then will be HB supercharge fitted with steel rods and forged pistons over the winter ready for next season.

Supercharger will be going back on after November race so should be back up to 350+++ Bhp
Anyone got a race box for this as i have had to fit the standard one with my Lsd
Shell -vt you should have come and said hi

#7: Re: @06 Rallycross car Author: Hawkesfire, Location: Stockton On TeesPosted: Mon Oct 28, 2013 3:20 am ---- Little update
After speaking to Jenvey they are making me a cable throttle bodie to fit the standard inlet manifold on the car as they have advised that this will be a better set up once i supercharge the car after november ...
Only thing i want to understand a little better is the oil breather system on the inlet manifold and if it will be ok when i supercharge it as i think it has a return into the inlet manifold?
Thanks Usher i will contact addaz and see what he can do but i need it to be upgraded parts so it will take the power of the boosted engine.

you will need to drill the Jenvey manifold and fit a pipe nipple to return to sump.... not rocket science if you can fabricate the mounts successfully
#9: Re: @06 Rallycross car Author: Schumi, Location: Istanbul / TurkeyPosted: Sun Dec 22, 2013 1:42 pm ---- You need to add a check valve to returning to sump. You dont want to push boost to sump when supercharger pushing.

Is the pipe not from the VVT drain??? surely this would not be affected by boost.... can someone correct me if I am wrong here
#11: Re: @06 Rallycross car Author: Schumi, Location: Istanbul / TurkeyPosted: Mon Dec 23, 2013 4:43 pm ---- May bad. I misunderstand that. I was thinking 206 GTI180 with factory fitted oil catch can back of inlet manifold and oil return from that can to sump.
