#1: wind noise Author: mike230272, Posted: Fri Nov 01, 2013 3:16 am ---- Only had my car a month i love the car because its quite nippy its a 1.6 xsi 55 plate ive had all the bearing done also a complete timing belt kit and washer pump done but cant understand where this wind noise is coming from the only thing i can think is that it could be the bonnet scoops ? Anyone the wiser thanks

Also make sure the doors are sealing on the rubbers correctly, its possible the top of the door could be slightly bent or the rubber perished.

Threw me off once, someone had not closed it properly, and appeared to be closed.

Peugeot wouldn't say there's nothing wrong if there was.
If they found even the smallest problem, they would bend you over and lube you up with the cost of repair. No dealer I know turns down a job where they can make money from it.
Have you been in another 206 and compared the noise? It might just be normal to the rest of us.
