Starter motor? Try tapping the starter motor whilst turning key

Irrespective of the fuel line mix up, the starter motor should be turning the engine over, the clicking tells me, problem with the battery side of things, or the starter motor solenoid not engaging.

Check the earths, also disconnect all the wiring to the throttle body and reconnect. Doesn't sound like a starter problem.

if you have flooded the motor, you can take the spark plugs out, and then turn the key for 30 secs to clear it, then put the plugs back in and your sorted.
