Jacking sill repair

Hi all

I would appreciate some input on this, specially from those with bodyshop experience.

The jacking sills on my car aren't in terrible condition, but there is the odd mark from where it has scraped a speed bump, and a little bit bent in two areas where the previous owner did not jack it up properly. This is limited to the little strip that protrudes down along the car, not the actual bodywork itself.

My question is, should a bodyshop be able to bend this back into shape, and repaint this area? I only ask because they seem to have some kind of soft coating on top of the metal

Many thanks

Stone chip is over the metal to protect from ironically stone chips. It like a thick paint

They should be able to, if you are fussy they could blend it in with you upper sill
