#1: Just bought my first 206 today Author: SLI09144416, Posted: Fri Jan 10, 2014 1:39 pm ---- As the owner of a 1993 106 for more than five years, I thought it was finally time to upgrade. And what better time with my neighbor selling his son's 206 at a steal of £150!
Little did he tell me however, that it requires £600 worth of welding.
So, whilst money isn't the biggest issue in this, do you think it's worth it? I'll attach the MOT here for you to look at, but I would appreciate any advice/guidance/etc.

Then a lot of welding. You will need a bodyshop to take a loook and give you a quote. It doesn't sound that bad

Who knows what else he hasn't told you about, remember the MOT doesn't pick up every fault so it may end up costing you a lot more.

You can get some right crackers for 750 odd, really are a steal.. 105k miles is a lot, and it's pretty damn old. I've got a friend with a 1999 peugeot 206, mint, nothing wrong, 46k miles, worth about £900, so just worth looking around for another motor, Pal.
